I am a qualified and BACP-accredited integrative psychotherapist based in Sloane Square, offering private therapy for adults seeking meaningful change. I hold a degree from Middlesex University (2015) and a degree in Psychodynamics from Birkbeck, University of London (2025). Since 2015, I have been in private practice, supporting clients with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma recovery, and work-related stress, including difficulties arising in corporate environments and high-pressure organisational dynamics.
